Additional Services We Offer Your Patrons
As part of the computer classes we present, we offer all participants free, ongoing support.
Email Support
Class participants are offered free support by email. And, our support does not end with the class. They can email us at any time with any computer problem or question they have and, in a timely manner, will receive help or referrals from our expert staff.
No problem is too large or too small. We answer questions ranging from the most simple as in, “how to turn on the computer” to complex questions regarding Internet security or home networking.
This is a service that you will find no other organization provides.
Learn More About Your Computer By Email
Each class participant is entitled to receive a free subscription to Computer Kindergarten®, our weekly email newsletter that addresses a wide variety of computer topics; with articles that are helpful and of interest to beginning, intermediate and advanced computer users.
Articles to date have addressed topics in Windows, Microsoft Office applications, Internet, email and much more. Each weekly newsletter includes links to websites of interest.

Subscribers are invited to send in their suggestions and questions which are then published in newsletter articles.

We Care About the Environment
Sharper Training Solutions cares about your patrons and the environment. We offer a free a computer disposal service. Your patrons can drop their old computers off to us. We remove all traces of their personal files so that they can never be recovered again, keeping your patrons safe from anyone finding any confidential information on their computer. All equipment is either donated or disposed of in an environmentally safe manner.
We offer a printer cartridge disposal service, free of charge! Your patrons can give us their used cartridges and we will dispose of them properly. |
