In this lecture and demonstration class, learn how to buy and sell items using eBay. Some of the many topics covered are creating an account, checking reliability of sellers and buyers, online safety, and much more. Prerequisites: None.

How to be an eBay Seller
You’ve been shopping on eBay and now you’re ready to sell. How do you set up an eBay seller’s account? How do you describe your items? How much will it cost? How do you get a picture online? These questions and many more will be answered in this class. Prerequisites: Intro to eBay or familiarity with eBay. Comfort with computers. (This is part 2 to our Intro to eBay class)

Working with Your Digital Photos
Hands On! You have a digital camera and know how to take pictures, but how do you move the images from the camera to the computer? How do you organize your pictures and edit them? In this class, you will learn the answers to these questions and much more. We will cover using an image editing program that allows you to resize, crop, adjust light levels, and more. Learn how to organize, name and save your pictures. Prerequisites: Computer Kindergarten, Computer 1st Grade and Computer 4th Grade or equivalent.

Post Your Pictures Online
Share your pictures online with your family and friends! In this hands-on class, learn how to copy a photo from your digital camera to your computer, edit the photo using an image editing program, post it on an online picture site such as Flickr or Shutterfly, and send invitations to view your pictures. You will also learn how to create an account with an online photo sharing site. Prerequisites: For intermediate computer users. Note: A strong wifi signal in the conference room is mandatory.
